1How much do you charge?
Pricing depends on a few things such as the location, the venue, time of year, set up and finish times etc. This is why we price each unique event separately. Please contact us for an exact quote.
2How long do you play for?
We usually play two sets of 45 minute with a break in-between. We are able to play for shorter or longer periods if that's what you require.
3How do I book you?
Feel free to get in touch with us and we will let you know our availability. If we're available then we can go ahead and confirm the booking by making a 20% deposit.
4How do we go about payment?
We require a 20% deposit to fully confirm the booking and then the further 80% nearer the time of the event. We require payment before or on the day of the event depending on method of payment.
5Where will you travel to?
We are able to travel locally in Hampshire, across the UK and even internationally if you require.
6Can we request our own special song?
Of course you can, we are always happy to learn new songs to add to our set. All we ask is to let us know well in advance so we have time to learn and practice the song. (We don't want to ruin it for you)
7Are you able to DJ in between sets?
Unfortunately we do not DJ but we can offer background music or you can hand us an MP3 player with a preset playlist. If you require our PA system to be used after our live music has concluded then this will be an extra charge.
8Do you have lights?
We have lights that focus on the band so audiences are able to see us. If you require dance floor lighting this will be an extra charge.
9Is your equipment PAT tested?
In short - Yes. It is very likely that your function venue will ask you for our PAT certificate. A PAT certificate is to say all our electrical appliances have been checked and approved for safe usage. We maintain our PAT certificate annually so is always up to date. If you need a copy of this then it is available upon request.
10Do you have PLI (Public Liability Insurance)?
Yes we do! We never want accidents to happen but if they do we are insured for up to £2 million. It is likely that venues will require proof of PLI for bands to play. If you need to see our PLI certificate this is available upon request.
11What will you wear?
This completely depends on the event. For example, if your event is a black tie dinner then you can expect us to turn up dressed to impress! However if your event is a beach party then we are more likely to be in sandals, shorts & T-shirts.
12How long do you take to set up and soundcheck?
Depending on the ease of getting our gear in the venue it can take between 45 minutes to 1hr 30mins to fully set up and soundcheck. We prefer the space to be vacated of guests while we do our setup and soundcheck.
13What type/size venues are you able to play at?
We love to play at all kinds of venues, from function rooms to boats, marquees, pubs, bars, theatres and festival stages.
14How loud will you be?
As we have the ability to use an electric drum kit we can fine tune the volume to suit the event. **IMPORTANT** There may also be a soundlimiter or Decibel (dB) limiter at the venue which can dramatically affect the volume at which we play. Please can you let us know at the time of booking if the venue has a limiter.
